As you can see in the chart above, these Cuisinart coffeemakers have several features in common; namely, Brew Pause, 24-Hr. Programmability, Auto Off, and Clean Function.

24-hour programmability: To program the coffeemaker for delayed brewed time
Auto Off: To shut off the coffeemaker after the brew cycle, choose from 0 to 4 hours

Both models also come with a Gold Tone Filter, which eliminates the use of paper filters (although you still have the option to use #4 filters in lieu of the re-usable and washable gold tone filter). And although most of their parts are made from plastic, both of them are BPA-free. Last, both of them have pretty much the same dimensions.
